Bülent ÖKTELİK completed his master's degree in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2022. He conducted a thesis titled "Effectiveness of Task-Based Online Learning Environment in Developing Information Security Awareness" and developed a scale named "Development of Information Security Awareness Scale for Secondary School Learners" that is not present in the literature for this age group (10-14).

From 2018 and 2023, he served as a member of the Computer Technologies and Software Teaching staff in various private schools. He has developed projects in different areas such as E-twinning, Teknofest, and Tübitak, winning various awards at the First Lego League Tournament. Later, he assumed the role of Instructional Technologies Specialist at Medipol University's Distance Education and Research Center.

He has expertise in Educational Technologies (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Powtoon, etc.), Web Design, Graphic Design, Robotics/Maker, Lego, 3D Design, Artificial Intelligence, Tinkercad, STEM, and more. As of January 2024, he has joined the Learning and Teaching Office (OLTE) team at Özyeğin University as a Multimedia and Interaction Designer.
