In 2023, Betül Solak completed her undergraduate degree in Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa-Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education, ranking first in her department. 

In addition to her formal undergraduate program, she also completed the Management Information Systems program at Istanbul University in 2023. 

During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a content developer at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa- AUZEM unit. She created and narrated digital videos, allowing them to be used as educational content on digital platforms through the unit. She conducted research on WEB 2.0 tools and contributed to the process of creating usage content for many tools. She served as a teaching assistant at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa, participating in courses such as Algorithm Design and Development, Advanced Programming, and Mobile Programming. She also participated in the Computer and Software course at Doğa College, teaching high school students. Through her courses and experiences, she developed herself in areas such as algorithms, data science, programming, instructional analysis, and design. 

Between 2022 and 2023, she worked on course videos for a corporate training company. She conducted layered video editing using professional editing programs and also worked as the social media manager for the company. By creating next-generation, aesthetically pleasing, and cognitively advanced designs, she took on the role of educational technologist for the institution. As of March 2023, she joined Özyeğin University as a Technopedagogical Solution Specialist in the Learning and Teaching Office (OLTE) team.
