How can I upload the video I have prepared with a different application to Panopto?

You can save any video from your computer to Panopto with the "Upload Media" button by selecting the Panopto activity on LMS. When you add any Panopto activity, after saving it to Panopto, the video will be available under the "Choose" tab.
